SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 2-A is Resolution 2004-12, expressing appreciation to Fran Farina who served as General Manager of the District between March 2003 and June 2004. Ms. Farina was hired by the Board to lead the District temporarily while recruitment for a new General Manager was being conducted. Chair Edwards will present the resolution to Ms. Farina during the Presentations portion of the meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: The Board should consider adoption of Resolution 2004-12, expressing appreciation to Fran Farina for outstanding service as General Manager.
